The flat bill of the fitted cap is also purple with a lime green undervisor and white sweatband. The front panel features the Cleveland Indians "C" logomark embroidered in lime green thread outlined in black and yellow threads. The right panel features a Jacobs Field Anniversary side patch embroidery. This fitted hat colorway was inspired by Evangelion Unit-01.
